Carnegie Morgan Partners

Carnegie Morgan Partners ("CMP") formerly served as financial advisor to municipal governments and agencies, including the City of Baltimore, Maryland, the City of Detroit, Michigan, and the Housing Authority of Prince George's County, Maryland, on transactions totaling over $6 billion.  Much of CMP's work involved rehabilitating distressed municipal credits and working out loans to troubled public projects.  From 1996 through 2002, Securities Data Company ranked CMP among the top 50 independent financial advisors.  In 2003, CMP wound up its financial advisory business in order to devote its resources to TouchStone Partners and its affiliated companies.
