GC Timmis & Company ("GCT&C"), formed in 1993, was a broker/dealer member of the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") from 1993 through 2005 and was a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC") during that same period.  GCT&C specialized in corporate buy-side and sell-side merger advisory services, corporate debt restructuring, creditor representation, debtor workouts, pre-petition and post-petition financing, general corporate financial advisory and institutional private placements.
