TouchStone Partners, LLC ("TouchStone Partners"), a registered investment advisor with the SEC, is a private equity investment firm with offices in Birmingham, Michigan and Baltimore, Maryland.  TouchStone Partners coordinates the activities of (i) the TouchStone Opportunity Funds, through which TouchStone Partners makes direct investments on behalf of its investors and itself and (ii) TouchStone Asset Management, which, among other things, services and manages investments made by the TouchStone Opportunity Funds and their institutional partners.  TouchStone Partners was formed in 1998 by combining the professional resources of GC Timmis & Company, a Birmingham, Michigan company controlled by Gerald C. Timmis III, and Carnegie Morgan Partners, a Baltimore, Maryland company controlled by Larry E. Jennings Jr.

As of March 31, 2008, TouchStone Partners has approximately $300 million of assets under management, real estate owned or commitments and has completed acquisitions with an aggregate stated value exceeding $800 million since 1999.  In addition, TouchStone Partners has established and seeks to establish co-investment partnerships with a small number of premier institutional investors, which can substantially increase its funding capacity.
